On the men's side, Huskies' forwards Shane Osayande and Matthew Forbes were voted to the Canada West first and third all-star teams, respectively.

A fifth year Education student from Lumsden, the 6'6" Forbes started all 20 regular-season games for the Huskies. He averaged 14.8 points and 8.3 rebounds in 30.8 minutes per game.
